The main strap measures 45" and has many options for adjustments

Front pouch: 3.5"at the top x 2.5" at the bottom x 5" tall x 1.5 inches deep

Main Middle Pouch: 6" at the top x 4.5" at the bottom x 1.5"- 4" deep (pouch opens wide) - Z

Back Top Pouch: 4.5" wide x 7.5" tall and can open to 1.5"

ALSO the metal is painted black...meaning it will wear giving it a more distressed look. The metal underneath is brass :)
